All the features
A complete, auditable recognition economy built for Slack.
Give & send
/mibucks give @teammate 50 for "reason" โ review a Confirm / Reject summary, then it posts a public shout-out, DMs the recipient, and sends you a receipt.
Wallet & balance
Every member gets a personal wallet โ with no balance cap. Check it with /mibucks balance or the app Home tab and review recent activity.
Role hierarchy
Owner โ Area Manager โ Manager โ Supervisor โ Regular. Managers+ manage roles โ individually or bulk per channel โ from the Roles tab.
Organization treasury
Owners see the treasury alongside their wallet: balance, active members, and the org's Net Revenue Share.
Marketplaces
Eligible managers create a marketplace and list items & services (200โ200,000 MiBucks). Teammates buy with stock and refund safety built in.
Mi Bucks Store
A Stripe-powered store with 12 packages (6 manager-tier + 6 supervisor-tier). Buy with a card โ MiBucks credit instantly, with a DM receipt.
Net revenue sharing
Orgs earn 10% of net revenue from store purchases. 150-day holding, first payout at 180 days, then every 3 months โ in MiBucks or cash.
Ledger & audit
Every transaction is a double-entry, immutable ledger entry, and every change lands in the append-only audit log.
Welcome grants
Each new member starts with a 10,000 MiBucks grant, and the organization gets a 10,000 grant on install.
Security
Bot tokens are AES-GCM encrypted, Slack requests are HMAC-verified, and Stripe webhooks are signature-checked. Multi-workspace safe.
Fair use
Guardrails built in: a 5% transfer fee burned to the org, 100 MiBucks marketplace/listing fees, and a 3-second give cooldown.
Runtimes
Runs on Cloudflare Workers + D1 + Durable Objects at the edge, with the same logic available locally via Socket Mode.
Simple by design

Stripe CheckoutNet Revenue Sharing
Your org earns 10% of MiBucks' net revenue
Every Mi Bucks store purchase made by your team contributes 10% of net revenue back to your organization.
Net revenue is calculated after payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputed or fraudulent transactions, canceled transactions, and other transaction-related adjustments are deducted.
By default, payouts are issued in MiBucks. Orgs that prefer cash (min $50, ownership verification required) can contact MiBucks to set up direct deposit.
- โ 150-day holding period โ a transaction becomes eligible 150 days after purchase.
- โ First payout at 180 days after your org's start date, so month-one purchases qualify.
- โ Every 3 months after that, each payout includes all transactions past their holding period.
- โ Unpaid revenue share is forfeited if an org leaves, disables, or terminates its account.
